software. Fantasy Rotosports and/or Fanstar are the owner and/or

purposes without the written consent of FanStar and/or Fantasy
Rotobaseball. All of the trademarks,

on Fantasy Rotosports Site are owned by FanStar or by others
with whom FanStar has a
licensing agreement. All Sites are copyright protected.
3. Age
Restrictions.
Participation
in the Fantasy Games offered on Fantasy Rotosports Site is
open to individuals
from around the world who have reached the age of majority in their
respective province, state or country.
4. Collection
of Information.
Fantasy Rotosports collects
various information from visitors and users of its Sites. The
information requested and collected varies from Site to Site. Some of
this information is collected in the process of registering to
participate in Fantasy Games managed and operated by Fantasy
Rotosports. Fantasy Rotosports
WILL NOT SELL OR DISTRIBUTE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. All information
is kept in-house and used only for periodic notifications of updated

Consequently, Fantasy Rotosports
